What is the Absolute Guarantee?
A: The Absolute Guarantee is our way of saying we’ve got your back. If your gear ever stops working as intended—whether it’s wear, tear, or sheer stubbornness—we’ll swap it for store credit, no questions asked. Learn more on our Absolute Guarantee page.
When will my order ship?
A: This can vary widely based on the product ordered.
We print the shirts when they are ordered. While we can typically get this done in a day or two, holiday's and high volume periods can influence this, as it does for any product.
Metal signs are similar due to most being personalized. This can be 3-5 processing time prior to being ready to ship.
All things considered, orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days, with small exceptions where it requires we source additional materials or from third parties.
Once production is complete and your item is ready to ship, we shoot you an email with tracking info so you can track the progress and expected delivery dates.
How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days, depending on where you are in the U.S. If you live off the beaten path (lucky you), it might take a bit longer. If your at a US Military base, we ship via USPS and it can take up to 30 days in some instances, depending where you're stationed.
How much is shipping?
We build shipping into all product pricing - which translates to most folks as being "FREE SHIPPING".
But to be clear, there's no such thing as free shipping. For most companies, it's a gimmick. But we're cutting through the BS and giving it to you straight.
Answer is still the same - the product price includes shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. Sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know when we expand.
What is the Return Policy?
A: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 10 days of delivery. So if it doesn't look right, or you slip it on and that doesn't feel right reach out to us quickly, and we can process a return.
But if you've worn it, washed it, had it more than 10 days, you're still covered by our Absolute Guarantee - check that out!
How do I exchange an item?
Check details on the Absolute Guarantee for more details, but it is important to contact us first so that we can confirm original purchase and then provide return instructions.
Can I return a gift?
A: Yes, but the refund will be issued as store credit—because who doesn’t need more Infidel gear? Check out the Absolute Guarantee page for more details.
Note we do not cover the shipping on returns, so it's going to cost you a little, but the gain is that you'll have freedom to select something you really want!
We should however note that gift cards cannot be returned.
Product Related
What materials are being used?
A: We try to include information on product specific materials in two key ways:
- Within the product details page itself. This is our preferred method, and most likely best place to check.
- If we sell a number of products of one single type, such as Beverage Tumbler Koozies, you may only find product materials listed at the top of that product category page, as all products within the category are the same.
Are products true to size?
A: Yep! Well, at least most of the time.
Check our sizing chart for exact measurements to ensure the perfect fit.
And then there's the occasional exception to this rule, which are items such as "women's SLIM fit tee's".
These run small, and after their first wash, they are even smaller. The recommendation is to size up 1 extra size if you still want a snug, body hugging fit. If you want a little bit of room, go up by 2 sizes.
But this is a product we do not sell often due to the challenge the design creates in correct sizing.
If there is such a product in the store, we make it clear with bold font how we suggest modifying your sizing approach.
What are the care instructions?
A: For garments, machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and never—we repeat, never—let your mom iron it. That’s how legends fade.
Also important not to waste money on dry cleaning. Not only because it's a waste of money, but it risks destroying the direct to garment application process that most graphic tee's use to be "graphic".
As with other answers here in the FAQ, we recommend checking the product description page itself, or the product category page. We will typically provide unique instructions in either of those locations.
Discounts & Promotions
Are there any discounts or promotions available?
There are indeed a small number of promotions we try to run; the most steady is signing up for our newsletter.
We know the pattern, as we've played it ourselves. 1) Sign up, 2) get discount code, 3) unsubscribe.
You're welcome to play us that way, too, but being part of the newsletter is how you'll learn about new promo's and discounts we have planned. It's those loyal to the brand that we intend to reward with announcements of ongoing promo's.
How can I get a discount code?
As mentioned above, sign up for our newsletter and you'll receive a 10% off discount code for a one time use. If you want future discounts, be sure to stay subscribed.
Custom Designs, Sizes and Bulk Orders
Do you offer custom designs?
A: Not yet, but it’s on our radar. If you’ve got
ideas or requests, feel free to reach out—we’re always open to inspiration.
Do you take requests for custom or different colors of existing designs?
A: We're always open to it!
While we try to offer a solid selection of colors, versus just black or white, there are a great number of colors we simply don't source, mostly as they typically aren't purchased.
If however you see a design you really want in <insert your desired color>, let us know and we'll see if we can work up a sample image for you.
Do you take special requests for larger sizes?
A: Abso-fuc... <coughs> Yes, absolutely,
we're open to the requests. While not all colors are available in larger sizes, some of the basic colors for T-Shirts, such as black and white, are available in sizes up to 5x (most of the time). We're happy to take a look!
Can I place a bulk order for an event or group?
Absolutely! Contact us for details and pricing on bulk orders. Let’s outfit your crew, or make product available for large scale promotions of any size!
Brand Ambassadors & Affiliate Marketing
How can I become a brand ambassador?
A: We’re always looking for passionate riders and patriots to join the Infidel team. Shoot us a message with your social media links and why you’d make a great ambassador.
What do brand ambassadors get? (Affiliate Marketing)
A: Exclusive gear, discounts, and bragging rights.
But beyond that, if you create an initial piece of content (a.k.a. creative) which results in at least 10 sales, we'll set you up with commission on any and all future sales you generate with future content creation. As your sales go up, so does the commission.
We'd also ensure you have access to early prototype designs or products, anytime we can make that happen. If for no other reason, we want honest feedback & reviews to help us get better!

Ordering and Payment Types
What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and
a bit of good old-fashioned grit. (Okay, maybe not grit—but you get the idea.)
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
While we can't promise anything, this is where we will apply some grit to make our best effort!
SIZING CHARTS
Basic (most common) relaxed fit t-shirts:
These are the bulk of what we use in graphic t-shirt designs, often referred to as a unisex design that is a relaxed fit. Unless you're still sportin' the dad/beer bod! It's gonna be less relaxed and you should expect a bit of a hug around the gut!
Jersey V-Neck (uni-sex) t-shirts:
We typically use these for designs targeting She-Infidels (Females, for beers sake! Sheesh, it just isn't funny when we have to explain it).
Note - the Jersey V-Neck t-shirts no longer go up to 3XL; 2XL is now as big as we're able to source these.
Hoodies
